Left church, but...
in thinking & acting still a churchmember?!
Though many churchmembers are coming to biblical insights and consequently leave their church: that doesnot make them instant biblical Christians at all. The strange thing is, that the ex-churchmembers usually do not experience this at all, but in fact they are still taking church-teachings, traditions, habits and ways with them. And all that actually makes them churchmembers still. A very strange- and undesireable state for them and other ex-churchmembers in future that has to be dealt with!
Acquired church-teachings, traditions, habits and ways
How long or short your church-membership or visits may have lasted: it has shaped and educated people; actively and passively. With one's full awareness, but also without that awareness. Still: what the church has taught is based on occult / pagan religions; both in theory as in practical sense!
Examples of
unbiblical / occult theoretical and practical church-upbringing:
- trinity- or (trinity) godheadteachings
- taking the church-organisation, building and visit as a basis
- Sunday-keeping
- Churchfeasts-keeping
- Getting the trinity-churchbaptism (only)
- Celebrating the 'eucharistic Mass' and taking it as 'real flesh' ...
- Celebrating multiple 'eucharistic Masses' or Evening Suppers a year
- Church organizing people and sending you
- Church [priests, boards, leaders] standing above people
- Church [priests] standing between GOD and people
- Church [priest, leader] is able to forgive sins
- Church [priests, membership] can give blessings
- Church organ-music is worthy only
That church-programming is still a part of most ex-churchmembers when they left their church -usually without being aware of it- we have been confronted with by mail. Many ex-churchmembers are aware that unbiblical, nasty or even criminal things take place in (their former) church, but they do not realize that church-foundations in theoretical- and practical sense are the cause of all that!
Examples of ex-churchmembers with a "church-backpack" still:
People leave their church, quit their membership, turn away from the trinity-godhead, but:
get re-baptized only; the laying on of hands doesnot take place afterwards ...
are again founding "(home-)churches" instead of being that personal Christian themselves ...
are keeping "church-Sunday" again instead of Gods Sabbath of the 4th Commandment ...
are taking "the assembly" as basis instead of the personal intended commandment of Christ; read (Matthew 28:19-20) ...
are keeping the pagan churchfeasts still instead of Gods Feasts ...
Matthew 28:19-20 - Christ's commandment for each Christian personally:
Therefore go, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I commanded you. Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Amen.
Other examples of ex-churchmembers we encountered by mail:
- The so-called 'church-(s)hoppers'; they go from church to church without any fundamental change thinking 'every church/religion has some basic good' ...
- Victims of church-abuse thinking joining another (regional or sort) church can be of help, but getting them in the same trouble over and over again ...
It may seem odd, but those 2 groups do not differ much at all. People that have left their church are just as the church-hoppers still busy from that church-foundation with church-ways. And both groups are not aware that fundamentally nothing changed. And in that unawareness or negliance they also do not see that all church-misery has to do with that occult/pagan church-foundation!
Leaving church: leaving- and quitting that old life!
After you have become aware that churches are not biblical and not what GOD intended, you will have to leave your church and quit your membership. But at the same time and afterward you will have to leave the adopted churchteachings and churchways as well; at least - when you want to become a Christian!
Also: you have to be very aware that you have to become a Christian still! So: leaving church alone is certainly not enough at all.
Firstly
believing αnd adopting a biblical Christian foundation!
Being a Christian is all about your personal- and spiritual connection by Jesus
(John 14:6; the baptism of faith) and through Gods Spirit (Ef 2:18; after the baptism by the laying on of hands) with GOD.
John 14:6 - Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father, but by me".
Ephesians 2:18 - 'for through him (Jesus) we both have access in one Spirit to the Father'.
So: when you want to become a Christian you have to be (re-)baptized and afterwards receive the laying on of hands so the holy temple in Christ you have become after baptism will be filled with Gods Spirit; at that same time you receive the Spiritual Gifts when GOD wants it to be so.
Of course then your are definately not "ready" yet; it has just begon!!!
Going with Gods Guidance & Spiritual Gifts in service for others
In church the churchmember was taught to attend the church-service and to serve church / in church...
Christians however are taught by Christ and are going out according to Christ's commandments (Matthew 28:19-20) to show and tell the Gospel, to educate people, to baptize, etc. All according to Gods Guidance and received Spiritual Tools; in love, truth and justice.
During that active personal service as a Christian you will receive help; through prayer, through received Spiritual Gifts, by suggestions or even dreams or visions.
Churches have taught their members 'going out' always is to countries far away with hunger and war...
Christians however are Christians wherever they go; each one of them personally. In their homes and family, on the street, in their cars, on their work, on the internet, in cafes, etc. Because misery and arguments can be found everywhere the Gospel and a helping, comforting and praying hand is needed everywhere; certainly close at home too. So: you can start nearby at once!
Churches are proclaiming only church-programs and church-material is thι meaning and way...
Christians however put their trust in GOD and Jesus; because GOD gives the meaning (Blessings / Spiritual Gifts) and Jesus is the way. And only in that way Christians can go out as Gods Herald and Ambassador in the most personal way. Of course taking Gods Word as a startingpoint in Love and Truth.
Churches are aimed at large numbers (visitors, members, tithes), because only that counts...
Christians however are active personally and they know they each have to go out humbly honouring the small things on their way; even when Gods Blessings makes thingd huge. Sometimes with them knowing, but often without them knowing...
A church-leaver has to start completely new!
All people that leave church and quit their membership have to start completely new, because the old church-ways only lead to unbiblical ways, manners, acting and bad fruit. Leaving church only is not good enough.
So: on the one hand you need getting rid of all church-means and ways. On the other hand one needs accepting a truely biblical foundation according to biblical means and ways leading to the good Fruit of GOD.

How the laying on of hands takes place? click here & read about it!
And of course: received Spiritual Tools are to be active with in service of GOD, Jesus and the people around you, so you will have to
get going actively; however hard and strange that feels because of the churchlife you once had!
- Learn to trust in GOD and Jesus.
- Listen to Gods Voice within you.
- Ask in your prayers for help, ways and people/places you can be of service to.
- Go about in your daily ways and doings.
- Be a Christian; showing kindness, peace, joy, patience and mercy.
- Talk about your faith freely, but also be wise and suitable in doing so.
- When you make a mistake: ask for forgiveness and set it straight with GOD and the people you wronged.
How very difficult it may seem at your new start: when you are willing to start new with GOD and Jesus they will help you on their way. And consequently you will find blessings on that way!
