Hell...
the place of everlasting torture by the devil?!
Still: both churches teach an 'instant' heaven or hell after we die...but...are these church-teaching biblical??? Let's find out!
After we die we instantly go to...?
Luke 23:43
'And Jesus said unto him, "Verily I say unto thee, today shalt thou be with Me in Paradise."But the Bible doesnot teach 'instant heaven or hell', but resurrections of the death after the returning of Jesus to us. The Bible-passage used above hasnot been translated correctly, because it ought to be:
''Verily I say unto thee today: thou shalt be in Paradise with me'.'
Jesus is telling the criminal -like a sentence of a judge- that he will see heaven on the resurrection-day. And this is the biblical translation ánd context, which is quite different from the current and accepted translation by most churches... No instant hell or heaven from a biblical point of view!
Resurrections with consequences
Secondly -1.000 years later- the other dead people will arise to hear the charges brought against them and after that they have to suffer the sentence given... to be thrown in an eternal fire called: HELL! 'The word 'hell' examined carefully from the Scriptures...
Through the whole Bible we can read, that all dead people will go to 'Sjeool' or 'Hades'; a joint grave for all people. And after Jesus returns to us all saints will rise from the dead.
And a 1.000 years later all sinners and unbelievers will also rise from the dead to face a sentence and 'Gehenna'; an eternal fire that will consume their bodies completely. The fire willnot go out, but will burn forever as a reminder of what took place...
Biblical teachings about resurrection, heaven, judgement and hell...
John 5:29-30 - All that are in the grave will arise
Hebrews 10:27 - All unbelievers will be judged and sentenced
Openbaringen 21:8 - All unbelievers will die the 2nd death
All people that believe in Jesus will go to heaven
The people that are living during the return of Jesus will die and their bodies will lay on the Earth without burial and only after a 1.000 years these dead people will be wakened from the dead to to be judged and sentenced together with their lord satan and his demon angels.
The Final Judgement for all unbelievers
Final conclusions...
It is God who will sent His Fire over all those that didnot want believe in His Son or those that didnot want to put a stop their evil- and sinful ways. A lake of fire will consume satan and all his followers, which will destroy them completely. No eternal torture, no eternal place of torture at all!
Churches that preach and teach 'eternal suffering in hell' are preaching false teachings; the Bible tells a totally different story! Also the church-teachings that mix the 'hell-dogma' with 'immortal-soul-dogma' are not telling a biblical story either. Don't be fooled by this false teachings; their teachings are all about 'New Age' and certainly not about the Bible our God and Jesus.
It is my hope and prayer that everyone that read this article now knows the truth about hell, heaven, the Resurrections and the Judgement and that no false church-teachings can keep you from the joyfull things that are to happen!
The Bible tells us that after the resurrections (two seperate periods) firstly the dead people in Jesus ('the saints') will arise from the death. Angels will come and get them to go to heaven the Bible says. All people that do not believe in Jesus will die and their bodies will cover the Earth without a burial...
In the Bible several words are used, which we all translate with the word 'hell':
Mattheüs 24:30-31 - Jesus will appear with the angels
'and then shall appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven. And then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of Man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and with great glory. And He shall send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other'.During- and directly after the return of Jesus
'Marvel not at this; for the hour is coming in which all that are in the graves shall hear His voice and shall come forth—they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life, and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.'.
'And the remnant were slain with the sword of Him that sat upon the horse, whose sword proceeded out of His mouth. And all the fowls were filled with their flesh.'.2-The [2nd] Resurrection before the Verdict over the unbelievers
Revelation 20:5 - All unbelievers will arise after a 1.000 years
'But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished.'.
[vers 7: also satan will be loosed from his prison!].
'the judgment was set, and the books were opened. "I beheld then because of the voice of the great words which the horn spoke; I beheld even till the beast was slain, and his body destroyed and given to the burning flame'.
.
.The Verdict over the unbelievers (Gehenna = 'hell'= eternal fire of God)
'but a certain fearful expectation of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.'.
' BUT THE FEARFUL, AND UNBELIEVING, AND THE ABOMINABLE, AND MURDERERS, AND WHOREMONGERS, AND SORCERERS, AND IDOLATERS, AND ALL LIARS, SHALL HAVE THEIR PART IN THE LAKE WHICH BURNETH WITH FIRE AND BRIMSTONE, WHICH IS THE SECOND DEATH.'.
From these Bible-passage we learn, that Jesus returns to us with the angels and that all people that believe in Him will arise from the dead; the angels will gather them and take them to heaven where Jesus prepared us a place to live.
The devil will be destroyed with his followers in a lake of fire. Also the unbelievers will have to face the fire and the flames will consume their bodies entirely.
There is no eternal place of torture in which God allows satan to cause pain to unbelieving humans; Jesus tells us, that the Judgement will be as 'the Valley of Hinnom' where all bodies of animals were burned.
