Occultism in "the churches !?
Everybody is talking about "Christian Spirituality" these days. More and more the emphasis is on "Spirituality". A Christian should "empty" him or herself and be thinking of nothing, he or she should be quiet and perhaps be repeating a prayer of a few words for a thousand times with or without "a certain hum".

A new Age…
All these "spiritual actions" are occult but often promoted in churches all over the world. These actions come from Boeddhism, Hindoeism, Free Masonry and New Age.

Occultism is growing like a cancer in our churches and it is time to put a stop to it. And what better way is there to stop occultism of spreading by just talking about it so everyone knows how to recognize and how to deal with occultism…!?

How can one describe "occultism" ?
There are people amongst us, often in select companies, that keep themselves busy with occult rituals like calling on demons, putting spells on people, tarot, voodoo, witchcraft, etc.

The people that execute this actions, as well as the actions en the means and the people that may be drawn into these actions is what we can call "occult".

Examples of occult groups of people are:

Occultism is all about the Original Sin in progress…
Satan told Adam and Eve that, if they would eat the forbidden fruit, they would become Gods themselves. They would be able to know right from wrong and they would be able to live without God. Unfortunately this was a huge disception.

The same disception is applicable to everyone that performs occult actions.

Satan suggest that they are in charge and that they will obtain powers or that knwoledge will be reveiled to them or that they will be healed or will be given healing-powers. Satan lures them into the same trap as he did with Adam and Eve.

Jesus warns us to stay away from the occult
Jesus clearly states in the Bible that we do not have any control over spirits or demons and that we should keep our distance. And His advice to us should be followed for we call ourselves "Christians". Followers of Christ.

The blinding temptation…you can do it yourself !
We now live in the 21-st Century and we are doing well for ourselves. Our Science is at a high level. We are rich and well fed. And we all want to be beautiful, intelligent and strong beyond our imaginations. Only then you have a bright an glorious future ahead of you. The selfmade man or woman is born.

But we are not doing so well actually… We hurry through a world that doesn't give us a break to breathe. Making mistakes is not tolerated, but the enormous "living-speed" makes it inevitable to make mistakes. Regardless we are perfectionists. We try to look perfect, to be perfect in work, relations and knowledge. But we are not perfect. We are humans…

And then you need extra energie. Extra powers. And of course…you are able to do it and get it yourself…

The power of Satan
Jesus tells us in the Bible that He has power over demons, but that we humans have not. And what do you think Satan would do ? Of course: tell us that Jesus is wrong and that we can have powers to reign over demons and ghosts and that we will be better of with those powers we obtain from him.

Sadly this is one of the many lies Satan, arch-liar of the world, tells us, because people that are drawn in his power become his toy. How he plays those people ?

Satan's power: the power of habit
The anti-Christ makes you believe that you are in control, but in the meanwhile he has power over you.

On the one hand you have to go back to him to regain certain energy, powers or knowledge, because you want to keep on doing the things you are able to do and to continue to feel the way you feel (in power). On the other hand Satan is robbing you from your body and mind. Your health declines and you'll be sickly and you won't get better. Your humour is far from good and your getting moody untill you even reach the point of depression or burn-out.

The opponent of Jesus draws you closer and closer to his side and as a result of that God is getting further and further away from you. With all consequences you can guess…

And just when you think it can't get any worse it will get worse. When someone is in the power of the anti-Christ he or she will try to draw other people to him and to make them do the same as they have been doing. As a consequence new people will be contaminated and drawn into Satan's might. And those new people will do the same to other new people. Etc. etc. etc.

Is there a cure for occultism ?
Yes. And it would be easy to say: Jesus is the cure, because Jesus and The Holy Spirit can cure all diseases. Also the diseases Satan causes. But like with all diseases only one thing is better than curing: preventing them from being inflicted to you.

Knowledge is the best cure against "the occultism-disease". On the one hand knowledge of the Christian starting point and other the other hand knowledge about occultism and how you can recognize it in every day life. With that knowledge you can prevent yourself from getting seriously contaminated or getting from seriously ill. Satan's disease causes eternal death.

Christian "starting points" are:

Occult "starting points" are:
  • Satan, demons, spirits or ghosts
  • Being able to control demons, spirits or ghosts
  • Powers, energy, chi, ki, spirituality or even Christian spirituality,
  • Emptying oneself, filling oneself or being filled by another human being
  • (As a result)Becomming a better human, becomming more powerful by your own actions, thinking or ways: total selfcontrol or world domination.
Examples of occult professions in every-day life…
There are lots of people that claim that they can cure people with certain powers or energy (usually "chi" or "ki" in the profession). Their profession is often based on cosmic energy or spiritual powers.

Examples are: Witches, Reiki Masters, chi-ropractors, Mesmerists, Iridiscopists, Homoeopathists, Antroposophists.

Other examples of practicing occultist are those that build on the Original Sin and spiritual powers at the same time:

You didn't know all this and now you are in trouble…
The solution to your problems is partially in the fact that you now know where you are in and why. You now know you have been busy with occult matters and people that cause you great harm. Maybe you recognize some of the symptoms we metioned in you own life. We mentioned declining health, being everlasting sickly; you won't get better. Being chronically moody, being depressed, having a burn-out.

Other signs of problems can be: addictions to medicine (handed out by occult healers) or certain food or beverages etc.

Cut yourself loose from the occult-sadness !
There are a number of steps you have to make to get out trouble:

  1. Stop seeing the occult people you meet. Be sensible and do this in an sensible way. Tell them that you are busy with other matters. Stay friendly, but try to stay away from them. Even if they insist. Even when they behave violently. Stay friendly but warn the authorities they became violent or abusing.
  2. Quit doing all actions that were involved. Quit taking "medicine" or "spiritual actions" you were prescribed or just doing (for fun or other reasons).
  3. Talk to God. Pray and tell Him you are sorry. Ask Him for your forgiveness. Ask Him to cure you with His Holy Spirit.
  4. When bad things happen to you or when you hear voices that shouldn't be there: pray to God and ask for His help. Ask The Holy Spirit to be present.
  5. Try to meet Christians and try to explain what happened in your life. They can be friends, collegues, family. But be careful: even amongst them there are occult-people in Christian-disguise…!
  6. Even if you have bad experience in finding people to talk to: keep on trying ! Don't give up !
  7. Try to keep the Commandments of God and the two Commandments of Jesus.
  8. If you are experiencing mental- or physical problems: go and visit a regular doctor

How hard your way back to God may be do realize that He forgives all your transgressions when you ask Him with a heart full of repentance. And then there is always a way back to Him. A difficult road to go on, but it can be done. Ask God to lead you on that road to Him. Ask the guidance of His Holy Spirit and really trust that he will help you.

The other possibility: You weren't blinded by occultism (yet)
You are very fotunate ! Many Christians were blinded and are being blinded as we speak. With the knowledge you now have you can recgnize occultism and warn others to stay away. Try to tell them what the Christian starting points are. Give them the right basis.

When you want to pray for "occult-contaminated people" don't do this alone, but ask fellow-Christians to pray with you !!! You all need a strong faith in God.

Always invite The Holy Spirit of God. Were He is, the evil one cannot be. Also ask The Spirit of God to come into the person you are praying for. Jesus will protect you. Certainly if you ask Him for protection in your prayers !
