When Jesus returns...
I sometimes notice, that my focus us on 'that I believe' but not always on 'what I believe'... And maybe this is logical, because everybody starts with 'Jesus' to finally end -through baptism and the laying on of hands- in reunification with God. Still: from that moment on 'what you believe' really starts...!

1 Cor 15:19 - Growing in your believes beyond 'here and now'
'If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable'.

When you are beyond 'that you believe in (the existance of) Jesus and God' you will finally get back on track with 'what you believe' (for the future); at least that is what I am experiencing. And you will put more stress on 'the Gospel' and more!

The Gospel is the happy message that God brings us through His Son Jesus; who-so-ever accepts Jesus as his- or her personal Saviour of sin will have a new and eternal life; death won't conquer them. A spiritual connection with God will assure this; the same connection Adam and Eve had before they ate of the forbidden fruit.

Eefeze 2:22 : in Jesus [by baptism] we will become a habitation for Gods Spirit [by laying on hands]
'In Him ye also are built together for a habitation of God through the Spirit'.

'What you believe' when you have accepted Jesus in your life?!
It seems to me, that you -knowing that you believe in God and the Son of God- also have to know 'what exactly you believe. If you do not know where you faith will lead you to...then what is 'the merit' of believing anyway?

To keep it 'practical' I simply took two moment als 'startingpoints; 1. The moment Jesus returns to us and 2. After Jesus has returned to us. And to be sure that the info is reliable I only wrote down what Jesus, the Apostles ánd the Prophets are telling us about these two moments. A kind of 'triple-checkup' you may say.

When Jesus returns, then...
Jesus says: the apostles say the prophets say:

Faith & Salvation John 11:25-26
‘Jesus said unto her, "I am the Resurrection and the Life. He that believeth in Me, though he were dead, yet shall he live; and whosoever liveth and believeth in Me shall never die.'. Romeinen 8:11 (laying on of hands)
'But if the Spirit of Him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, He that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by His Spirit that dwelleth in you.'.
2 Tim. 2:11-12 (baptism)
'It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with Him, we shall also live with Him; if we suffer, we shall also reign with Him.'.
Isaiah 26:19

First death Rev. 19:20-21
'And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet who wrought miracles in his presence, by which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshiped his image. Resurrection of the dead John 5:27-29
'Marvel not at this; for the hour is coming in which all that are in the graves shall hear His voice and shall come forth—they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life, and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.'. 1 Peter 4:4-6
'wherein they think it strange that you run not with them to the same dissolute excess, speaking evil of you: they shall give account to Him that is ready to judge the quick and the dead. For, for this cause was the Gospel preached also to those who are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit. '. Isaiah 26:19

'Then shall the King say unto them on His right hand, ‘Come, ye blessed of My Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world'.
Rev. 20: 6
'Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years'.
1 Thessalonians 5:9-10
'For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with Him'.

-2nd resurrection- Matthew 13:40-43

Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the Kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear. '. Rev. 20:5
'But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished.'.
Rev. 20:12-13
'And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and the books were opened; and another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them; and they were judged every man according to their works.'.

Judgement Matthew 25:45-46
'Then shall He answer them, saying, ‘Verily I say unto you, inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to Me.’ And these shall go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into life eternal’. Hebrews 10:26-27
'For if we sin willfully after having received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, but a certain fearful expectation of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries'. : Daniel 7:10

'Then shall He say also unto them on the left hand, ‘Depart from Me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels'.

Hebrews 10:26-27
' For if we sin willfully after having received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, but a certain fearful expectation of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries'. Isaiah 27:1
'In that day the LORD with His sore and great and strong sword shall punish Leviathan the piercing serpent, even Leviathan that crooked serpent; and He shall slay the dragon that is in the sea'.
Daniel 7:26
'But the judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his dominion, to consume and to destroy it unto the end.'.

After the execution Matthew 22:30
'For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in Heaven'. Rev.21:1-3
'And I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no more sea. And I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down from God out of Heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of Heaven, saying, "Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them; and they shall be His people, and God Himself shall be with them and be their God.'.
Rev. 21:10
'And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me that great city, the Holy Jerusalem, descending out of Heaven from God, having the glory of God'.
Isaiah 65:17
'For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth; and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind'.

'For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me," saith the LORD, "so shall your seed and your name remain.'.
